Looks like where the wealthy people live in Florida.
This would be where the wealthy people live in the San Diego area of California...or perhaps I should say the moderately wealthy...the wealthy tend to congregate in Newport Beach, California!
At first glance, I thought it was Balboa Island.
It's cool how they eye (mine at least) follows the ramp down to the water, and then to the houses across the water. Great photo Kathy!
